North Raleigh

As Raleigh grew over the past 20 years North Raleigh became an increasingly popular location for folks to move. Many areas filled in rapidly with new construction. More recently major redevelopment around the North Hills area has seen North Raleigh become a more sort after location.  Considerations for In North Raleigh

North Raleigh covers a very large and diverse geographic area stretching from the 440 loop north to Falls Lake and west to RDU airport. The main roads out of Raleigh servicing the area are US1 North, Old Wake Forest Rd, Six Forks Rd and Glenwood Ave ( Hwy 70 ) to the West. North raleigh has good access to RTP via both 440 and now 540 the outer loop of the beltline.
